Crisis Centre
Due to weather conditions, UPEI is delaying opening until 12 noon at both the Charlottetown and St. Peter’s Bay campuses on Monday, December 15, 2025, with a further update at 10 am. Morning exams at 9 am are postponed and will now take place at 9 am on Thursday, December 18.
The AVC Veterinary Teaching Hospital will remain open for emergencies.
When the campus is on a delay or closed, students in residence housing and essential workers are permitted to be on UPEI campus locations. All other individuals should await an “open” announcement prior to returning or visiting UPEI.
