Dr. Caroline Ritter, assistant professor in the UPEI Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, has been renewed as a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair (CRC) for five years ending June 30, 2030.

Two researchers from UPEI are working with the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre and Neurodyn Life Sciences Inc. to develop a novel therapy to slow, or potentially functionally stabilize, the progression of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
