Every exercise in TRX Suspension Training builds functional strength, improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at the same time!   This new program involves interval training and a speed portion around the track.  Tracey will help you to increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and improve your tone.
Tuesday group - 6:30 am - 7:15 am. Fitness Instructor - Tracey Gairns-Brioux. Location:  UPEI Alumni Track
