The Faculty of Arts, Island Studies wishes to announce that Janice Pettit, a Master’s student, will be defending her thesis entitled, “Crossing the Strait: What happens to islandness when the ferry becomes a bridge?” It will take place on Tuesday, April 3rd, 1:30-3:30pm in Rm. 286C North AVC Bldg.
