PIYO membership classes - extended schedule

IYO fitness classes (membership classes) extended until mid-May. The popular PIYO class has been extended until Thursday, May 17. Lead by Fitness Instructor Bernadette Currie, the class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. Use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every muscle.
Tuesdays and Thursdays,12:10 pm - 12:50 pm. April 10 - May 17
Fee: Sports Centre members - FREE Non-members - $6 + hst drop in rate. All other membership classes finished for the semester. Fall membership fitness class schedule will be announced in the summer.
