Seminar: animal behaviour candidate
The Department of Health Management is interviewing 2 candidates for the 2.5 year term faculty position in Animal Behaviour. As part of the interview process, each candidate has been asked to present two brief seminars. One suitable for DVM students and the other presentation of their vision for building/expanding behavioural medicine at AVC.
Dr. Mary Klinck graduated with her DVM from AVC, and then did a Large Animal Surgery Internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (Saskatoon). Following that, she worked first in equine private practice, and then in small animal practice. She completed a Residency in Veterinary Behavioural Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 2008, and a PhD in Veterinary Sciences at the University of Montreal in 2018.
