The Robertson Library is interviewing two candidates for a three-year position as Systems Librarian. Both candidates will present on the following topic for 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes for questions: “In the face of continuously changing technology opportunities, what are the key components in maintaining and managing technology in an academic library, and how would you apply these components at UPEI?”

Our first candidate, Courtney Earl Matthews, earned his Master of Library and Information Studies degree from Dalhousie University. He is currently Head, Open Scholarship Services Division, at Queen’s University in Kingston. Since 2020, he has also been Acting Head, Discovery and Technology Services for Web & Systems, at Queen's.
