Mental illness: The cultural connection

For Mental Illness Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day this October, our EFAP provider, Lifeworks, is proud to support your wellbeing by launching their new microsite, Mental illness: The cultural connection.

Through articles, an infographic and a video, the microsite will explore:

  • The signs and symptoms of mental health challenges
  • The cultural and ethnic stigmas surrounding mental health
  • How to deal with cultural differences in the workplace
  • The Mind-Body Connection
