Please be advised that the following minimum notice is required for all work orders, including event setups:

• Small setups or tasks: Minimum 48 hours’ notice
• Large setups or tasks: Minimum 96 hours’ notice

While we will make every effort to complete work orders by the requested time, we cannot guarantee timely completion especially without adequate notice. This policy applies to all types of work orders—not just event-related requests.

Submitting your request as early as possible helps ensure we can meet your needs efficiently.
