This message is intended for PIs with graduate students (incoming students and continuing students) to be paid a stipend disbursement in the 2025 Fall semester.

As the new semester approaches, we’d like to remind PIs to complete the graduate student stipend payments process for the 2025 Fall semester, as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure/SoP document (updated to reflect the new SharePoint version of myUPEI).

To request a stipend payment for the Fall semester, please complete the steps outlined in the SoP at least 15 business days prior to the date you are seeking the stipend disbursement to be paid. 2025 Fall semester student tuition and fees are due by Tuesday, September 16 (2025-2026 UPEI Academic Calendar of Dates).
