Truth in Reconciliation: A discussion of Indigenous scholars inclusion in the Academy
In April 2023, Universities Canada released their “Commitments to Truth and Reconciliation” document, which outlines six commitments in response to the TRC Calls to Action. A group of UPEI colleagues have been researching what this looks like in Atlantic Canada Universities. Here is a link to a summary of their findings. UPEISU's Halloween Wet/Dry dance
The UPEI Student Union invited you to their annual Halloween Wet/Dry, a Halloween-themed dance!
All UPEI and Holland College students are welcome! Students must present their UPEI ID or Holl Pass for entry. The entry fee for this event is $10.
Panther Patrol will be available to provide safe drives for students to and from the event.

If you are a student residing on the UPEI campus and want to take part in helping the UPEI food bank, here's your chance this Halloween with Trick-or-Eat!!
Trick or Eat is a campaign that aims to collect non-perishable food items for the UPEI food bank in a trick-or-treat way. The UPEI Residence Team will knock on doors and ask for donations to our on-campus food bank!

Morning classes:
UPEI Department of Music – Faculty Recital
The Department of Music will feature several of its faculty members in recital on November 8 at 7:30 pm on the SDU Stage in the Dr. Steel Recital Hall. This annual recital is popular among students and public alike, and features a diverse range of instruments and repertoire. This year’s performance will feature Stephen Bouey (baritone), Hannah O'Donnell (mezzo-soprano), Morgan Saulnier (flute), Dale Sorensen (trombone), Nicole Strum (saxophone), and Magdalena von Eccher (piano).
Accessible parking is available, and the theatre has an accessible entrance via elevator.
