A celebration on September 24, 2025, at UPEI’s Alumni Hall recognized the recipients of the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Awards and the 2025 Inspiring Young Alumni Awards.

On November 20, we will launch our new strategic plan, Making our world a better place: UPEI Strategic Plan (2025–2030). This new five-year plan is the result of a year-long community discussion on UPEI’s future.

We hope everyone will participate in upcoming budget forums and consultations to support one another and stay focused on what matters most: our students, our people, and our purpose.
To kick off our community engagement process for the 2026–2027 operating budget, the senior executive team invites you to join us at this President's Town Hall to share your ideas and ask questions. Tim Walker, Vice-President, Administration and Finance, will outline the budget process to date and the timeline through to March 2026, when UPEI intends to seek Board approval for the budget.
