Attend this Health and Fitness Week presentation where participants will come to understand that mental health and physical health are integrated and that there is no health without mental health. Learn how to recognize when supports are needed, and where supports are available on campus.

Panther Cup Challenge
A signature Health and Fitness Week event, the Panther Cup Challenge is an on-campus team race comprised of 12 different challenges that will test a group's mental, physical, and teamwork abilities. There will be a grand prize as well additional prizes given away during the event for best team spirit etc. We have 12 spots for teams, and each team must be comprised of 5 people. Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Tracey Gairns-Brioux will lead you through a session on how to efficiently train on a M3 Keiser bike. You’ll learn proper seat adjustments, proper tension and cadence.

Health and Fitness Week - Fitness Testing
