Dr. Joseph Gordon, Biomedical Sciences with AVC and the Memorial Regional Medical Program at UPEI, has received national recognition for his innovative use of research and groundbreaking work investigating muscle remodeling in obesity and type 2 diabetes.

University of Prince Edward Island students came together with UPEI Campus Life, UPEI Student Union, and the UPEI Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SV-PRO) on September 16 to paint stones with messages of respect, consent, compassion, and care.

A new running club has launched at the University of Prince Edward Island, led by education student and UPEI Cross Country standout Jack Roberts. The Panther Run Club is open to everyone on campus—students, athletes, staff, faculty, and alumni—and participants are encouraged to bring a friend.
