Information Session: Faculty of Business EMBA

UPEI’s Faculty of Business will host an information session for those interested in its Executive MBA program. The event will be Wednesday, November 22 at 5:00 pm in the Gallery of The Guild in Charlottetown. UPEI’s EMBA program offers a high-quality learning experience for working business professionals. The program is designed for those working in, or aspiring to work, in a management or leadership position. Classes are offered bi-weekly on Fridays and Saturdays with the option to complete the program in 20 months. Contact the program coordinator to reserve a seat to learn more about the program and application process, have your questions answered, and meet with staff from the Faculty of Business. Interested in joining a Rotaract Club?

The Rotary Club of Charlottetown invites UPEI students interested in starting Rotaract Club (youth aged 18-30) to come hear Martin Ruben speak about having helped initiate a Rotaract Club in the Cayman Islands. Mr. Ruben would like to help UPEI students understand what is involved in starting a club here, and how this is a fantastic opportunity for students to make local connections, find mentors and contribute to the community. This information event is open to all UPEI students and recent graduates! Lunch-and-Learn: Accommodate or Redesign

With more than 10% of students at UPEI registering with Accessibility Services, as well as UPEI's duty to accommodate these students, Accessibility Services is inviting you to participate in a session on creating academic accommodations or thinking about how to redesign course materials to remove accessibility barriers. This session will also include the use of design personas to think about how students may experience your course. GSA Wine and Cheese Social

Graduate students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend the upcoming GSA Wine and Cheese Social, November 28, 6-9 pm, with silent auction and presentation of faculty and staff awards. The value of all of the silent auction goodies gathered thus far exceeds $1300! Food will be served and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) may be purchased at the event, taking place in Schurman Market Square, Don and Marion McDougall Hall.
