Cultural Identity and China's Online Role Playing Game Industry

UPEI alumna and York University doctoral candidate Heather Barnick will give a public presentation of her fieldwork on Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games in Shanghai, "Digital Designs: Cultural Identity and China's Online Role Playing Game Industry," on Monday June 9 at 3:00 pm in Dalton Hall, Room 409. The presentation is sponsored by the Young Lives Research Lab and the Department of Sociology & Anthropology.

Pathology Seminar

Join Dr. Brian Wilcock, Professor, University of Guelph for a special pathology seminar with an emphasis on oncology. The seminar is entitled: If Plato were a Pathologist – An Irreverent Look at How Human Insistence on Disease Classification Conflicts with Biological Reality?
